These terms govern orders placed on https://sutraloop.com under the brand Sutrawood, operated by Zhengzhou Yishu Trading Co., Ltd. (responsible person: You Minyu). Paying for a strand means you agree to them.

The archive

We sell named woods as counted beads: small-leaf zitan, golden nanmu, Hainan huanghuali, cultivated agarwood, ebony, boxwood. Each strand leaves in a box. We do not bless, open, bury, or print a mantra on the card. Ritual is yours.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars as shown. Payment is taken at checkout. An order is accepted when payment clears and we send a confirmation. Buy huanghuali and agarwood with the photograph of that strand in front of you; we do not argue after the note has left the box.

Shipping

Strands go in their caskets within three working days. Dear woods are photographed again at packing. Do not leave a casket in a hot mailbox. Duties are the receiver’s. We do not under-declare.

Returns

Unworn strands in the box, gloves unused, documents still in the lid: fourteen days. Skin oil on beads cannot be unworn. Opened agarwood vials: no return — the smell has been spent as evidence. Missing beads from the study tray: no return of the set.

Warranty

We re-cord failed silk once in the first year if a knot fails. After that, at cost. Do not cut the silk yourself if you want us to match the original count. Zitan getting shinier from skin is expected.
