Strand notes we keep

Name, email, telephone, delivery address. A wrist measurement in centimetres, if you send one, used only to size an 18-bead elastic. Photographs attached to a dear wood are of that strand, not of a person. Card numbers are taken by the processor at checkout and are not stored here.

A session cookie keeps a bag through a refresh. There are no advertising pixels. Lists are not sold.

Why a measurement stays

To pack a casket, to photograph huanghuali or agarwood again at packing, to match a first-year re-cord, and to keep accounts. Wrist numbers are not used for anything else.

Order files remain for as long as tax and the first-year re-cord require, usually two years after the last casket left.
