Unworn, fourteen days
The strand still in the box, gloves unused, documents still in the lid. Skin oil on beads cannot be unworn; that is not a return.

Agarwood already opened
The sealed vial is a memory of day one. Once opened, the smell has been spent as evidence. No return of the vial.

The study tray
If a bead is missing from the five-bead tray, the set cannot return. Count before you write.

A knot that fails
Failed silk in the first year is re-corded once. That is warranty, not a return. Do not cut the cord yourself if you want the original count matched. After the first year, re-cord is at cost.
